1. Who we are: brokerage disclosure

Bluejacket Funding is a commercial finance brokerage, not a bank and not a direct lender. We may connect applicants with third-party lending and financing providers. All financing is originated, underwritten, approved, and funded by third parties under their own criteria and agreements. Submitting a request through the Site does not constitute a loan application with any lender and does not guarantee approval, funding amounts, rates, terms, or timelines.

2. Informational content only

Content on the Site, including articles, guides, product descriptions, comparisons, and FAQ answers, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice, an offer of credit, or a commitment to lend. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific situation before making financial decisions.

3. Calculators, tools, and assessments

Calculators, quizzes, and assessment tools on the Site produce estimates based solely on the numbers you enter and simplified assumptions. Results are illustrations, not quotes, prequalifications, credit decisions, or underwriting decisions. Actual payments, costs, ratios, and eligibility vary by lender, product, and applicant profile.

4. Your submissions

When you submit information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are authorized to act for the business or entity you identify. Providing false or misleading information to obtain financing may violate federal and state law.

5. Communications consent

By providing your contact information and any requested consents, you agree to be contacted as described in the form language and our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of communications at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems; scraping or harvesting data; submitting false information; introducing malicious code; infringing intellectual property; or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Bluejacket Funding name and marks, calculators, and design, are owned by Bluejacket Funding or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluejacket Funding and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
